How much does podcast production cost?
Our pricing depends on the scope of your project. A basic editing and mastering package for a weekly interview-format podcast typically starts from HKD 3,500 per episode. Full-service packages that include strategy, recording, editing, show notes and distribution management are priced on a retainer basis. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after an initial consultation so there are never any surprises on your invoice.
Do I need to come to your studio to record?
Not at all. While our Tsim Sha Tsui studio is fully equipped for in-person recording sessions, many of our clients record remotely. We guide you through setting up a quality home recording environment, provide microphone recommendations within your budget and use high-fidelity remote recording platforms to capture each participant on a separate track. The final result sounds just as polished as a studio session.
How long does it take to launch a new podcast?
From initial strategy sessions to your first published episode, a typical launch takes four to six weeks. This includes concept development, branding, recording a trailer and your first three episodes, setting up hosting and distribution, and creating launch marketing assets. If you already have recorded content ready for editing, we can accelerate the timeline significantly.
Can you help with an existing podcast that needs improvement?
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with an established show that needs better audio quality, more consistent branding or a growth strategy refresh. We offer audit packages where we review your current episodes, analytics and positioning, then provide a detailed improvement roadmap with actionable recommendations. From there, you can choose to implement changes yourself or have our team handle everything.
What platforms will my podcast be available on?
We distribute your podcast to all major listening platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Pocket Casts, Overcast, Castbox, iHeartRadio and many more. We also ensure your RSS feed is optimised for discoverability, with proper category tagging, keyword-rich descriptions and correctly formatted artwork that meets each platform's specifications.
Studio hours and booking
Our Kowloon studio welcomes clients for recording sessions, consultations and equipment demonstrations during regular business hours. We recommend booking studio time at least three days in advance to ensure availability, though same-day bookings are sometimes possible depending on our production schedule.
For remote clients, we offer virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet during the same hours. Evening and weekend sessions can be arranged on request for an additional fee. Simply mention your preferred time when you submit the inquiry form above, and our scheduling coordinator will confirm availability promptly.
If you are visiting our studio for the first time, we suggest arriving ten minutes early so we can give you a brief tour of our facilities, introduce you to your engineer and ensure your recording environment is set up exactly to your preferences. Complimentary tea, coffee and water are available throughout your session.
